Target Group

No one connected to the entity should be excluded. From C~Suite to Cleaners. Diverse groups of max 25 people deliver the best results.

Inclusive Leadership With Enneagram Wisdom - Known For Its High Impact

Purpose

To connect Senior Leadership and synchronise their strategic focus on the agreed desired future culture state. The level of inclusion and cohesion in the Leadership determines the level of inclusion and cohesion in the rest of the entity. This workshop works wonders to kick~start transformation and equips leaders with the tools to embed an inclusive, belonging culture

Management & Inclusive Leadership Lifts

We offer a variety of Management & Inclusive Leadership Programmes designed to meet your specifications. You either select from the list below or send us your unique required outcomes

Purpose

To equip current and emerging managers to balance their management and leadership roles, enriching their skills to best serve the entity purpose and strategy. To uncover management and leadership blind spots and enable a set of indicated unique development goals.

Target Group

Any current or emerging/pipeline potential manager is welcome to attend to develop yourself and improve your chances to be promoted.

Outcomes and Tools

Describe expectations and constraints that need to be considered in managing diverse teams.
Assess and analyse different styles of management and apply the style relevant to the situation.

Change Management

Purpose

To equip managers to implement strategies for effecting change, controlling change and helping people to adapt to instead of resisting change.

The purpose is for employees to understand and commit to the shift and work effectively towards the desired results. Without effective organisational change management, company transitions can be resisted and costly if people are not on board.

Inclusive Leadership Group Coaching

Purpose

To equip managers at all levels with the “Now what?” once their direct reports have attended a Diversity to Synergy workshop. Managers are informed of the consolidated feedback information and know what and how to embed inclusive habits.

Any manager who has reporting staff.

Outcomes and Tools

A leadership informed of the big picture of the entity’s stance on D,E&I.
Team leaders are empowered to embed equity and inclusion habits in their teams.

Purpose

Practical guidelines to recognise the signals of stress at different levels of being a human being.

Understand what causes acute or chronic stress in personal life and work situations.
Identify typical reactions to stress; what happens to us when we stress.
Knowing how stress and our immune systems are connected.

Know how to achieve optimal stress levels in personal and work situations.

Time

2 hours which can be done online, mask~to mask or telephonically on WhatsApp video calls. Our Coaches are very diverse, well~qualified and you may choose from a list whom you best resonate with.

Conflict to Cohesion

Purpose

To provide:

Insight into the triggers, roles, and styles of conflict.
Have an effective plan/template to resolve conflict.
Be empowered with practical conflict management tools.

Outcomes and Tools

Conflict, its purpose and how quickly it can escalate.
List the main causes/triggers of conflict at work.
How to move from the emotional to the rational zone.
Assess your current conflict and communication style.
Identify three roles people (all of us) play in a conflict.
How to manage assumptions we all make.
Explain the attributes of an effective conflict mediator.
Identify your own resistance to change and transformation.
