Victor is drawn to Diversity and Inclusion because he believes that, as human beings, we have God-given abilities and should choose to use our diversity to complement each other for the good of all. Victor chooses an abundant mentality to life.

Victor has lived through the apartheid era and experienced how costly it can be to have a selfish, discriminating approach to life.

He has been involved in Diversity and Inclusion programmes since 1990 and has seen it mature, evolve and become essential. Delegates enjoy Victor’s sense of humour and his sharing of his highly interesting personal background stories.
