Saskia’s curiosity and enjoyment of diversity have been a value she has held dear for most of her life. Diversity and Inclusion grew into a work related passion in the early 90’s. She believes that truly valuing diversity is a life~long learning and has been facilitating Diversity programmes at all levels since 1993.

Her work has taken her to the Southern parts of Africa, and even as far as the Middle East. Saskia has specialised in facilitation, coaching, teams, Diversity Management, customer service and organisational development. She has an extensive capacity to research and find the most recent, relevant information on Diversity and Inclusion.
