Speaking close to 9 languages, Rodney can actively participate in all South African conversations and has a unique perspective on culture and language in our country. He has been in Human Resource Development since 1988 and is a well~seasoned facilitator of learning.

Rodney’s passion for Diversity and Inclusion was sparked by his interest in and love for diverse people and their cultures, and the similarities that unite us all. He is also passionate about the promotion of equality amongst individuals in all spheres of life. He has been involved in diversity work for numerous organisations for the past 20 years.

He believes that the whole world can work towards and achieve real unity in diversity, not only South Africa.
