Rinet’s devotion to Diversity and Inclusion was ignited in 1993 when she attended UPE’s "Stereotype Reduction" programme. This was when she realised that South Africans would need to engage substantialy more to get to know and understand the different strands of their Rainbow nation. She realised that there would be a growing need in SA to create platforms where people from vastly different backgrounds could communicate in meaningful ways, and she set out to build these platforms.

Resigning from the corporate world, she started out with one team of two facilitators. The team expanded to where it stands today ~ 25+ diverse and wonderfully committed facilitators across SA to date.

Rinet believes in and is passionately constructing her dream of a united, inclusive nation where social justice prevails. Her convictions direct her to first and foremost choose to deeply respect all human beings as equal creatures of God, regardless of colour, creed, background or position.
