Nathi has facilitated Diversity Management programmes and workshops for different organisations since 1999. His unsuppressed energy and love for all people shine through, making him a well~loved facilitator.

He contributes a wealth of experience gained from a number of key positions he held in both Public and Private Sector organisations. He has served tertiary education institutions in managing both Training and Development (UKZN) and Training and Organisation Development (UDW). He was also in charge of human resources development functions as well as a Skills Development Facilitator for the university.

Zondi is also a founding pastor of Truevine Community Church eThekwini, and Truevine Community Church Pietermaritburg. He is married to Thobi and they are blessed with two daughters, Tumelo and Sethabile.
