My ability to satisfy customers (B2B and B2C) to the point where they not only do business with us but also refer their friends and other corporations, was critical to growth and profitability.

With extensive experience in aviation, sales, business development, client retention, and customer service, I have developed strong business development and relationship management skills and broad knowledge of various industries, allowing me to thrive in any environment.

In my previous position as Head of Strategic Projects, I was responsible for delivering a personal R6 million sales pipeline and managing a R25 million divisional pipeline. I oversaw and managed the entire sales cycle from market research and approaching clients to relationship development, client presentations, closing sales, and project rollout.

In addition to my ability to develop and implement long-term sales, marketing, and customer service strategies in a high-pressure environment, I am also very agile and adaptable, allowing me to work more effectively in any role.
