Louise Janse v Rensburg

From an early age Louise has had an interest in the strength of diversity and has been challenging stereotypes and discrimination ever since. She is fascinated by the impact of our experiences on the development of an individual’s frame of reference.

While working with Diversity in 1999, Louise realised that some companies were only training Diversity Awareness for the sake of ticking the box, often causing more harm than good. As a highly qualified Diversity facilitator, she chose to only get involved in Diversity programmes she felt would assist people in dealing with some of the real diversity issues in the workplace.

She believes her contribution to an inclusive country is to assist people to understand the causes of cultural conflict and finding solutions to these challenges.
