Joanne Barnfather has been consulting in the Training and Development field since 2001. She has worked in both the Private and Public Sectors and has been a guest speaker at many conferences over the years.

Since her involvement in Diversity in 2010, Joanne believes that, “This is not just a South African ‘thing’, but a worldwide challenge. She believes that the changing face of the world today results in a greater need for Diversity and Inclusion. Companies and countries that have invested in the value of diversity, however, become OUTSTANDING AND EXCEPTIONAL, which excites her.

Joanne is convinced that being a fully functional member of any team means that we need to be able to understand, embrace, and use diversity to create strength.
