Jacques has a passion for moving people, teams and organisations from mediocrity to excellence. He consults at various levels within organisations to facilitate positive change at individual and team levels. He contributes to creating an environment where growth is encouraged and established in diverse teams, guiding them through the phases of forming, storming, norming, and eventually performing as a highly efficient, mature and productive team.

As learning process facilitator with Partners for Possibilities, he facilitates the development of school Principals in SA to leave a permanent footprint on the educational system of South Africa.
