As a Life Coach with a teaching background, Heili’s passion is to develop people so that they can become the best version of themselves. She is especially enthusiastic about cultivating South African people’s diversity, while developing the foundation for an inclusive culture.

Heili firmly believes that the fastest route to positive change, with the greatest immediate impact, is to develop a new inclusive generation. She is inspired by her work with young adults and children on Diversity and Inclusion. Her ultimate goal is to influence the way South Africans live together as a nation and believes that every person has a narrative.
