Ephraim has vast experience in both the Public and Private sector. He believes in cultivating mutual respect for all people and takes his calling as a Diversity and Inclusion facilitator very seriously, trusting in the transformative effect of the programme.

Ephraim runs his own HRD business, and has a great desire and dedication for people development and approaches it with his extraordinary focused energy. His company is accredited for four national qualifications from NQF 2 to NQF 5. He is currently appointed to train ten executive committee members of the Ba~Phalaborwa Local Municipality on Municipal Governance which he is facilitating himself.

As a strong community leader, Ephraim is blessed with three children and a very happy marriage.
