Chael’s interest in diversity and inclusivity were born from lessons learnt in his psychology practice while working with a diverse range of clients. He acknowledges that the legacy of exclusion is still prevalent in South Africa and learned the importance of having the right psychological mindset to recognise, respect and value the uniqueness of people to drive the much-needed cultural change to equity and inclusion in our country.
Chael believes that the creation, sharing and application of knowledge are at the basis of all human behaviour and interaction and that this shared knowledge is created by people uniting together and learning from each other by sharing their perspectives and life stories. This makes our diversity and inclusion workshop the ideal platform to share these experiences, change mindsets and foster respect for diversity.
Chael has a wealth of experience in facilitating adult learning and development, ranging from Leadership Development and Social & Emotional Intelligence to Change Management. His speciality areas include Individual Psychotherapy for personal development and growth, In-house Corporate Workshops, Training on various topics, Improving individual social skills and performance of employees, and Perception Management in the workplace.
