Andile’s interest in Diversity Management stems from his appreciation of individuals as unique beings, with diverse experiences, who have the potential to enrich others. He is convinced that embracing diversity can work favourably in a cosmopolitan world, at both personal and professional levels.
He advocates for a focus away from differences, but rather, the reason people are together in the first place, and works best when he is part of a multi~cultural team. He believes that for families, friends, colleagues and managers to get the best out of their relations, they have to deal with diversity in non~judgmental and productive ways.
