18. Stereotypes (e.g., Blacks are lazy, Indians like to bargain and cheat, Whites are rich and racist, etc.) are held about every group, even ethnic groups.

19. We do have generational issues, e.g, older people resist change. Or younger people on our team lack discipline, they don’t know what work is.

20. I’m most comfortable working with people who are similar to me in background.
