Ronel is a vibrant, positive, dynamic, and creative individual who uses her knowledge and skills to develop the potential of individuals, teams and organisations. Her passion for sustainable development is injected in her projects to create positive intra~ and interpersonal, diverse and all~inclusive relationships for all people in South Africa. Her specific focus areas include Career Development, Psychometric Assessments, Career Coaching, Training Management, Diversity Management. She also lectures at undergraduate and post~graduate level. Furthermore, she has written various articles and co~authored Human Resource Development textbooks that are currently used in different universities in South Africa. Her passion for developing the potential vested in all people motivates her to create a developmental mentoring undertone in any area where she is involved.
