AN AGILE APPROACH

A transformation journey might seem like driving through a thick mist – slippery and we never know when the next bend in the road lies.

We base our cultural and organisational transformation approach on Agile methodology, a practice derived from the software development world.

The agile methodology enables us to adapt to changes quickly and easily.
The destination (your desired outcomes) remains the same, but the route (transformation plan) may need to be adjusted swiftly based on what is uncovered during the journey (workshop conversations or incidents).

OUR APPROACH

The Secret to the Magic;

We engage with a variety of entities to create a ripple effect from the individual to their teams, and from teams to the entire entity, and out to society to realise our dream of an inclusive South Africa where we can all have a sense of belonging.

CO-CREATION

We are convinced that co-creating every step of the way with our clients, delivers the best results by far.

To ensure flow and accountability, we work with one point of entry on both sides. All communication to and from In-SA consistently comes from and goes to one person at In SA. All communication consistently comes from and goes to one allocated Transformation Ambassador at our client.

SYSTEMS THEORY

This model fits well with our holistic approach to cultural and organisational transformation.

The systems management approach acknowledges that entities are like the human body that consists of multiple components. Its health and success depend on how well the components work together so that the more extensive system can function and benefit optimally. Both recognise that the whole is affected by internal and external elements. If one in a system is affected, all are affected in some way.

METHODOLOGY

All our facilitated conversations are highly interactive, engaging and results-focused. We work in teams of two diverse facilitators; representing different races, ethnicities, sexes, generations, personalities, and thinking. We trust one another enough to have open, honest conversations about our differences to enrich our perspectives.

Our Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (D, E, & I) Workshops are designed to empower individuals and teams with tools to build ownership and an entrepreneurial spirit of accountability in an inclusive business culture with:

  • equal respect for all
  • inclusion
  • integrity
  • excellence
  • accountability

We are independent professionals of all ages, sexes, ethnicities, socioeconomic backgrounds, political affiliations, and religions, speaking a variety of languages, and all are dedicated to building an inclusive South Africa.
